if your boyfriend had tongue cancer, will I get it from him? I mean if you contact with him everyday, what will effect on me? during the time he has radiation, is it ok to be around him?

Cancer is 100% positively absolutely NOT COMMUNICABLE.
In other words, no you cannot catch cancer. Yes it's ok to be around him. In fact, while he's going through treatment (chemo and maybe radiation) he may NEED someone around to help him because he'll be sick and weak.

How have you learnt what tongue cancer appears like? From a booklet? NO means. Stop the tobacco (don't be silly....You'll grow to be asking these questions whenever you've got a cough----you are already involved, and you're best 15! ) while it is reasonably easy. wow ive never heard of tongue cancer! cancer isnt contagious.
but the radiation might cause his tongue to become numb as it damages cells. this is very strange.
might want to keep the kisses to his forehead, eh? hope he gets well very quick!! peace

No, cancers aren't contagious. The hospital will let you know when it is safe to be around him during his radiation treatments.
Don't let fear overtake your love for him. He needs your support right now, so be brave.

Cancer is usually not transmitted in any casual manner, but then you need an expert opinion on that. If he has been irradiated, again it should not effect you, but you should be able to find him in a dark room.
