How many people in the northeasat had trouble connecting to the internet this week?

I did. I have Earthlink, and we use cable for our connection. Our cable is provided by Time Warner (NYC Cable) DTV.
I only had a problem on Wednesday. My friend also had trouble on Wednesday; they have RoadRunner.
