Medicine help....?

I am home sick from school today, and I have been taking advil sinius every 4-6 hours. (I have a touch of the flu) anyways, does anyone have any reccomendations for any diffrent medicine that would or could help get the job done a little better than advil??? Sorry for any spelling errors, I'm a little sick. :(

Sudafed always wroks for me. But I also do this. I put some citrus peels in some water and boil it. While it is boiling I breath in the steam. It always clears my sinuses up.
