attend an art school that is 30,000 dollars a semester and take out loans and stuff?

If art is your passion then by all means go for it. You will regret it later in life if you don't and since you only have one life, why not live it to the fullest. But on the other hand, if this is something you just want to try then go to a cheaper art school or take some classes at your local community college to see if this is really what you want.

Also look into obtaining a scholarship so you don't have to pay so much (unless your family is rich).

not for $30,000 a semester. i hate paying $3,000 a semester .... what school is seriously that much? and what is the difference between the education you are gettin between schools or is it for the vanity of saying "yeah i graduated from Harvard" ? you gotta think about is it worth it and will i be able to afford it when i get out of school.

Only if you REALLY want to do it. You better be sure. It also wouldn't hurt if you know what you are going to do with your life after you have a degree - and you also need to know that it is something that you are capable of.
