Oh darn, I was hoping that you were the one for men only. Shucky darn.
It's a multi stage thing. The first thing that attracts a man is looks but look aren't enough to keep a relationship going. Your personality will keep it going for a while but it takes more to keep it a relationship. Love is the answer and it has to be true love not superficial love.

If I can be honest here. First its the eye contact and good looks does matter. Knowing somebody's personality takes sometime. But if you have someone with great personality then good looks comes secondary things.

Both for me. I think everyone is initially attracted by looks (male and female), but most longer term relationships tend to be based on something a little deeper in the personality (and general intelligence) stakes.
As said above, beauty fades! Sense of humour, personality, intelligence, passion and beauty in equal measures for me!
Who wants a blonde bimbo for anything more than one night?

both. But, a good personality can make a average girl look wonderful. there has to be some physical attraction or personality doesn't matter.

Both actually, but its the looks that attract me to view whats under the bonnet (Personality etc)

I would be lying if i said i could date a girl who had a great personality if i didn't think she was good looking. But if i thought a girl was great looking and she had an awful personality i would be just as switched off. It's both.

a combination of both but also other things....i for one also value a womans mind, but most of all her independence and her ambitoius drive........in the end it's a lot of things.....it's not always good looks or personality.....however personality holds a little more weight in most cases
