How long do I pay taxes on my teacher retirement and property taxes?

Income Taxes - Never (Well technically.....the year after you die)

Property Taxes - Probably never (some locals give partial exemptions to senior citizens but I have never seen private property be entirely exempt).

Exemption isn't related to age, it is related to income. When your income falls below the tax threshold, you won't have to pay taxes anymore. Unfortunately, the tax threshold is very, very low, so most likely you will never be exempt from taxes.
