We were going to make "pimp" cups for everyone with their name on them but we can't find any big enough.

Do you have any other ideas of great groomsman gifts?

Well I am giveing my groomsman each a hand acid etched blade with there clan crest and credo on them. And my best man I am also giveing him a new sporren with his heraldry handtooled into it. And if you havn't already guessed it is a Scottish wedding. But the key to the gifts is that they are personal, fro m the heart, and something your groomsman well appricate, if not use. I have been in there shoes many many times and normaly you get a mug/glass/stien ect... that you well use once maybe twice and than it just gathers dust. So thats why I am getting all mine good knives and ecthing the blades so they are personal and I know that they well get used buy my buddis for years to come.

It is true. Everyone seems to give their groomsmen party beer mugs, flasks, etc. Actually, personalized pub signs make really cool gifts. Very different from the usual. Good gift for their "man cave". There are many different themes to match your friend's hobbies and interests. Knives also make good gift. All guys appreciate a good knife. My husband bought his long time friend who he doesn't see much any more a personalized knife for his birthday. He put some engraving on it that only those two understand. Do any of your friends enjoy a cigar every once in awhile? Consider gifts related to that. There is actually a lot of unique gifts to buy your guys that are not the typical groomsmen gifts. PS: Don't wait until the last minute to buy your gifts. My husband did that when we got married and I was ready to kill him! JK.

I personally wasnt too crazy with all the stuff that is sold for grooms man because the reality is they really dont give a crap about half the stuff that is sold and plus most of them are tacky to me so if it isnt Cigars than i am giving my Groomsman a Personalized shot glass with those little Mini bottles to go with it. Maybe a mini Tequila or Hennesy bottle and Im putting those in a little organza bag tied nicely.

Check out www.theknot.com They have a shop section that has gifts for groomsmen and bridesmaids. I saw somewhere on this website that someone created a gift basket for the groomsmen which included an engraved beer mug, bottle opener, and a six pack of each of their favorite beer. I thought this was a neat idea and will probably do something like this, especially since our groomsmen like their beer. Hope this helps.

Well it depends what your budget is for bridal party gifts- here are some ideas
-Small wallet with money clip-Tumi and Kenneth Cole have nice ones for approx $50
-Peformance race car driving class -they could all go together
-A Sport jacket or buy the shoes or part of the groomsmen attire for the wedding
Hope this helps!

I gave out gift cards and beer tabs to their local bars. It was a hit and it was something they still talk about and remember. One turned into a repeat groomsman and he got a small useless gift and wishes I talked to the groom and the bride about the gift giving.. He said the brides gifts were even worse.. good luck. I say also go for gifts that go with your party. if they golf get golf cards for free golf times extra.....

A useful and memorable gift for a groomsman could be a good craftsman flashlight or a multi-tool.

Engraved silver flasks and titanium money clips seem to be popular with the gents too.

Good luck

I saw this PIMP cup at Spencers the other day and I thought it was too cute and I love your idea. Here is the link to it.

It looks a little gaudy though but I think it's cute and I think it would be cute to engrave their names on the inside rim of the cup. Just an idea.

Check out this website too.

I say don't give up trying to find them because that is a really cute idea. Good Luck!

I don't know what a "pimp" cup is, but I would love to know! My fiance said he's giving his guys (who are all his brothers) CD boom boxes - go figure? I said how about a nice flask or pen or cuff links, something with a little class and elegance - but no, he's giving them boom boxes. Maybe "I'm" the one who's out of touch with reality!

I gave my groomsmen Leathermans. I like your idea of the pimp cups. You could go with nice flasks.
