I take a walk, and try to see all the good things that we really have in life, like our health. Some people do not have it, and we should thank God for all our blessings. Go to church, it helps, or go bowling. Anything to make you smile. Life is too short to be stressed! Why are you stressed?

I work out and then I call or email a friend. Sometimes I go for a long walk and try to sort out what's stressing me. Thinking about everything logically usually helps.

make a super fun cd with all sorts of good music on it...pop it in my cd player and sing like an idiot. Or put it in my car and drive around (don't do that much these days with gas prices the way they are)

or, I knit/crochet....go outside and take pictures. Sit my butt in front of the tv and watch a funny movie. Pretty much anything to take my mind off my current problems. All of those things seem to work well.

Either that or I cry. I know that seems a bit silly, but it helps :)

It depends on what's stressing me out. If it's work I'll do one of my Hobbies... Woodworking or Modelbuilding.... Somtimes I'll just Veg out in front of the TV and catch up on the DVR shows.....

Find something that calms you.... Go for a Run or workout that calms some people down too.

What i do that my councelor told me to do....write down everything that is making you stressed or angry and when your done look at it and rip it up real fast into tiny pieces and throw it away! or you can go out and have fun with your friends and get ur stress off your mind

I wish I knew how to handle stress better. I tend to bottle it up until I blow up. I'd like to know a better way to handle the rough times.

Read a book, crotchet, take my 35mm out on a walk and snap some pictures or play with my dog.

There are many things you can do. You could rest, read, excersize, whatever gets you away from whateva's stressing you out.
