He doesn't deny it. I don't think that you understand what image means. Maybe you should check into that.

When and How did deny that u r made in his image?
And bein u r in Gods image is not in physical terms but it has higher spiritual terms.

We all speak for God; and none of us know who God is.
What with hundreds of religions putting forth their own version of God and faith, there hardly is anything to beleive in any God. Try and come out of realms of a religion [whichever you follow] and see if you can still think of God. It would probably be not possible since we have always thought of God based on a religion.
But the moment you are able to think of God without any influence of any religion, then you should understand you are heading the right way. And that moment, you will become eligible enough to speak for God and all your questions shall be answered by yourself !

When God has said that he has made us in his image he is referring to his holiness, not his physical appearance. Adam and Eve were created out of holiness and in holiness. Because of original sin we have lost the holiness that is in God. Our souls are still created in holiness, but the body is not created in holiness, but in sin; therefore, the soul is tainted with the sin of this world from which we must be saved through the blood of Jesus. God never denies us. He will break fellowship with us if we sin, but this fellowship can be restored through repentance and the blood of Jesus.

It isn't God who does the denying. It's people who claim to speak for him - you know, the Scribes and Pharisees of modern times.
