Most all will fit, you just need to make sure you can mate it to the transmission unless you plan on changing that as well.

get a chevy 350 or 400 small block that is an easy fit and alot of power. The weight of the small block is a good trade for the power of a big block. The challenges of the big block fit can be a pain. Building a 400 will give you all the power you need.

you are in luck , anything from a v6 to a small block Chev. to a 455 olds , depends on your budget and mechanical abilities
