OK so here is the cold hard truth
you need to look good but the only way to look really good is if you feel good in your own skin.
ok so once i woke up late for work and didn't really do my hair and i had last nights makeup on and i was looking ok but not my best and i new it
so when i walked into my office i just kept telling myself i am the sexiest girl here and ya know it worked i got 3 cute guys numbers
but if that's alot to handle try doing this things
when you are talking to a guy look him in the eyes 70% if the time (to much eye contact will seem freaky and not enough will make him think you don't like him)
touch him on the arm when he makes a joke or teases you but not alot (some girls can get away with more touching when your flirting but not alot)
and always smile and laugh but be a tiny hard to get and he will be putty in your hands lol

One thing that you can try is to be touchy/feely with him. I don't mean this in a sexual sense of course. Just little ways to touch him when you are associating with him. Caress his arm, touch his hand, etc. That is something that is simple and usually clues a guy in to the girl being interested.

laugh alot , but not if you have no idea what's going on

touch the person you're flirting with (touch not grope )
last but not least don't hang on too much if they want you they'll come after you .

just go up to him and give him a compliment or just say hi
men are always looking so just look back and smile
than he will do the rest if you don't feel like doing it.
