The E26 is the standard 120 volt American base. The E27 is the European variant and is rated at 220 volts. The E26 is 26 mm and the E27 is 27 mm diameter. Everything I have found suggests that they should be interchangeable except for the voltage rating. The small difference in size doesn't seem to be important as some use the E26/E27 designation.

No. The problem with NDEs is that they contradict each other. Members of different religions meet different gods and receive different messages. I don't know if he still posts here, but we had a regular at this website a long time ago who always used to talk about his NDE where he met some god that no one believes in. I forget if it was an ancient god or a fictional character from a book or something else, but that makes no sense at all if this is a real phenomenon.
