Something where I don't have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen...
1. Chili (cooked in a crock pot) and cornbread
2. Probably a busy day for Costco, Sam's Club, Smart and Final:
Chicken wings or strips
Toquitos
guacamole
relish trays
veggie trays
pot stickers
3. Supposed to be a very busy day for pizza delivery too.

I make a mean cheese sauce that's always a favorite... Take a pound of browned ground beef, a jar of salsa, a can of refried beans, and a block of Velveeta (or the generic brand). Mix them together in a pan until the velveeta is melted, and your friends will love it.
Unfortunately, I have to work from 4pm Sunday until about 6am Monday morning... Life sucks!

My favorite (and it's also great leftover & cold) is Chili Cheese Taco Dip.
1 lb velveeta
1 lb ground beef (cooked)
8 oz salsa
1 can Hormel chili w/o beans
Put all in crock pot and warm until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Chili, nachos, Swedish meatballs in the crockpot, chips and bean dip and guac.
I can't really give you brand names, we make all this stuff at home and use store brand usually, whatever's cheap, we can turn it into something great.

Never have hotdogs for superbowl :) Usually it's hotwings, tortilla chips with homemade artichoke & spinach dip, cold steamed shrimp with coctail sauce and lots of Coronas!

a white queso dip is always something good to munch on. Steaks if just a few people, some kind of pork if theres good amount of people, or hamburgers for a really big crowd.
