I live in Michigan and there is a school that has a prayer session everyday, and christians attend that school. And the good old city of(used to be called pole town)(polish people) Hamtramic Michigan has been over taken by Muslims, and they put some foriegn prayer over a loud speaker in the city , sounds like your in Iraq or in the middle east. The polish people never preached the catholic religion over loud speakers. This is getting ridiculous.

This prayer is on loud speakers in the city, out in the streets so everyone can hear it. I cant believe the city allows it.

Firstly, it's not a prayer, it's a call to prayer; it serves the exact same purpose as church bells, only it's only broadcast 5 times a day, not every hour. Muslims do not complain about church bells, and they even have church bells ringing in "Muslim" countries! *GASP!* Also, Muslims never come to your door with Quran in hand in attempts to convert you. Now, let me think....what other religion is it that does that....?
Secondly, the only schools that allow prayer time are religious private schools. If Christian children are attending a private Islamic school, that is because their parents don't want them growing up to be bigotted, ignorant fools who suffer from frequent paranoia upon seeing someone who is a little different than they.
Sometimes it just takes a little common sense to overcome such hatred and bigotry, but then again, common sense has to be desired in the first place. May God guide you.

First of all some Christians do impose their beliefs. Now before everyone gets upset, I said some not all. I am a Christian. I know that we are supposed to spread the Word, but some people take it too far and offend others. I know some Muslims and they have never tried to impose their religion on me. We have had discussions about our individual religions, but that is all. No one gets upset or offended. You should not judge a particular religion. Each person is responsible for their own actions.

What is exactly your question?
What don't do the Muslims do that the Christians or Catholics have not done? Hmmm if you look at the history of religion every one has done their deeds of wrong to eachother no matter what religion it is. How are they imposing their religion on everyone anyways, seriously I do not think people are that stupid that they do not see the bigger picture. Your president wants world domination and he is getting it slowly because people are too stupid to see the big picture. They feed humens bunch of stupid crap and the media shows what they want to show, anyways Bush there is a Christian and he imposes all his personal belives on everyone else. Like the whole abortion thing, or the gay marriage thing so on and so forth the whole war of Iraq VS Everyone else is imposed by a Christian.

Its probably a private school.....I would be hard pressed to believe a public school would allow Quran to be recited over the PA system....
I dont believe that they are imposing their religion on anyone more than I believe a church bell ringing for mass is imposing its religionn on others..

They have not imposed anything on me.
So, they can't be imposing their religion on everyone. I'm part of the everyone you are worried about.
I think that you have not fully researched the matter. Who all are being imposed upon? I don't actually know anyone who is and you know of no one who isn't. I suspect there is something true in the middle.
Best of luck,

Actually Christianity does exactly that. I don't think ANY religion should be allowed to impose their beliefs on the rest of us.

The beauty of the United States is freedom of religion, face it that is why a lot of our great grand parents came here, I know that is why mine did.
However - no one should be forced into anything....although education teaches tolerance
