How do you know this? Say to him, Um, I think there's something that so & so knows that might interest you. Like you got it fifth hand? I hate to be nosey and butt in other people's business, too, (hi, why am I here, instead of doing the dishes?) but I hate to see people get hurt, too. Chances are that he will find out eventually, but that might be a long time and more painful.

And yes, he certainly will feel like you're trying to break them up (ignorance being bliss and all that). Maybe he KNOWS and can't deal with it yet and is working up to it.

Whatever you do or don't do, he's going to be hurt, so I reluctantly vote for doing nothing. Then you can sidle in with a clear conscience, always a good way to start a relationship.

Butt out. No good ever came from someone getting in the middle of someone else's business. Especially if you like the young man and you want to rat on his girlfriend.

How do you know that that is what she is doing with his money? Are you present when she purchases the drugs? If not, then it is just speculation.

If you are friends with him, just keep being a friend. Unless you have undeniable proof you will just come off as being jealous and trying to break them up. You say you "really really like him" so you could just be thinking any reason is reason enough for him to leave her. Besides...maybe she is buying drugs for both of them.

tell him. He may not believe you at first but sooner or later he will find out the truth. He will appreciate you more then for looking out for him.
