Some of these violations I am not sure if I have a right to appeal. I know ignorance is no excuse of the law but is there any punishmets involved...the worst they can do is ...???what..???
take away your commuter / have you jailed? a huge fine??

Your yahoo account can be disabled.

This is not that bad unless your yahoo account was your main email account.

They would have no right to do any of the such. Nowhere have you signed on paper or electronically that you understand and agree to terms of violations punishable by law. Yahoo can violate you by taking away points, warning you, deleting your account but the only time the law could get involved and take your computer is if you say you are abusing a child, elderly person or are a danger to yourself or other's. Even then can you imagine how much effort it would take to find out your location.

I would work on rephrasing your questions and trying not to come across to where people will violate your questions or answers.

Much more subtle.... they "corrupted" my politically incorrect Poncho Villa picture and now it will no longer show within the Answers program (but is still in the 360 profile)..... Ve half veys.... Yahoo does NOT like rational Conservatives...

The penalty is -10 points i think. I was irritated when I was penalised for giving out about Clay Aiken and his BS unicef nazi propoganda... ha!ha!ha!
