Rib-eye, medium rare and my potatoes smashed with sour cream, butter and fresh roasted garlic in them. Also, I'm a horseradish lover for my steak! The real kind, not the horseradish sauce.

Unlike most people I like my steak almost well done with no pink inside. And while most people like baked or fried potatoes I prefer scalloped potatoes.

Take a boneless round steak one inch thick in a non stick electric skillet with a little oil. sear the steak until well browned. Cut up three potatoes, add to skillet. cut up one onion and bell pepper add a little water season to taste. The water will steam the steak and potatoes in about one hour or until meat is tender.
