Is it possible to change over from a Window's OS to Mac's OS? I haven't see anywhere that says you can. I've seen software where if you have a Mac you can use to run Windows it's called "Parallels Desktop for Mac". Is there anything like that for Windows?

I hope I understand your question. It seems others maybe did not. You want to install Mac OS X on a Windows computer, right? Some people seem to think a Mac that has an Intel processor is the same as a Windows computer but that's not true. Although you can install Windows XP or Vista on an Intel Mac, you cannot easily install Mac OS on a Windows computer.

At this time, the most common way to use Mac OS on a Windows box is with an immulator. That means it won't be as smooth or fast as Mac OS on a Mac. Links below for a couple of immulators.

Another source says you can build your own "PC" and it will allow installation of Mac OS or Windows. How do you choose the OS you want to startup? Don't know. It would have to be a newer style of Windows box that uses EFI rather than BIOS because Mac OS uses EFI for startup.

The same source says a Dell Dimension 4600 will allow installation of Mac OS. I haven't tried it. Again, I wonder how you choose the OS that you want for the startup.

The answer is you don't want to.

If you just want the look and feel, get a program like Windowblinds (from Stardock) to make believe you are in Mac land. Please don't use Mac OS - it's hackable, cumbersome and inflexible by comparison.
