well trust me on this one you may give up but life wont lol. for a while i was in a bad spot and i said i was just giving up and staying bed and i did for about a week i stayed i bed but the second i got out of that bed if all came back
now if you are thinking of ending it all like hurting yourself then trust me on this to it wont fix anything and you will have the same problems and feel the same things but you wont be able to fix it cus your dead
it will be hard and it will hurt but it will turn out OK and the one thing that you always know, is that once you hit rock bottom, the very worst there is always a way to get out and you can only go up from there

Well there's multiple things that you can do when your stressed out with life and just hate it.....
1.Go get counseling: They help you sort through your problems and get control over you life.
2.Do you have a close friend that you can talk to that will sit there and let you vent to them about all of your problems: that right there is a good way to get everything out in the open.
3.You could try sitting down and write/type down everything that is bugging you in your life.
4. You could take a class like Yoga or Dance to get all your frustrations out that way. Or you could pick up a new hobbie that makes you feel better.
5. (Depending on where you live if this is available) Ever try going outside and lying in a big big open field of grass and lying there looking up at the sky or just lying there with your eyes closed and not thinking about anything and letting yourself go......
Try them out if you'd like...I think one of these should work for you....And if not maybe your Depressed....you would not believe how many women have Depression now....Go to your doctor and they can analyze you and figure out if you are and give you an anti-depressant or something else.

I feel like this a lot in the last 2 years. and ive always turned to the guy i was dating or my best friends. and made a shopping date or a beauty day. and just pampered myself and treated myself to everything i should. and i ended the day in a hot bubble bath and just relaxed.

First figure out why you feel like giving up.Then see what has to be done to change it.Talking to people can often bring hope or atleast a distraction.

Don't do it. How old are you? Life is long and filled with good and bad moments. Hopefully you'll have more good than bad but don't forget that everyone goes through bad times. Just acknowledge that they are bad and tell yourself that good times are just around the corner.

I remind myself that there are too many people that would be hurt by that, even tho at times you want to be selfish, I keep reminding myself that I can't hurt others because I am hurting.
