A minimum of 6 hrs. @ the charge rate per hour at the dealership . Add in gaskets $30. - $60 more dollars. Personally I'd the the cylinder to an engine builder (speed shop) to have the head checked for flatness. It may be OK. If it's warped they will have a decking machine to correct it to 2/10 Th's. of one thousandth end to end. Better than factory specs.

That depends on the area you are in, the going shop rates and availability of parts. Before actually doing the repair, you should decide if there are any other issues with the car and is it worth putting that amount of money into repairs. Once they have the car apart they can run into other issues like "can the heads be resurfaced" is there oil and coolant mixed....etc... Good luck in making your decision, you are looking at $600 plus
