I want to know if its possible for macs to run windows vista natively (ONCE AGAIN, NOT THOUGH TERMINAL EMULATION) though boot camp and if so why version(s) of vista will it run (ex home basic, home pro, bussiness, or ultimate)

I require a source for a best answer.

Its called boot camp, next time learn something about the question before you answer, it has been possible since boot camp came out.

I've seen Vista Beta versions on the Mac through boot camp, however I have yet to hear or see anything about the actual release.

i'm very much shocked!! such lots of folk seem to hate Macs??!! they are astounding. Any utility that is going on a working laptop or laptop can bypass on a mac aswell. All you'll be able to desire to do is administered XP or Vista by using bootcamp, parrallels etc. I somewhat have had macs by using fact that i replaced into 12 when I have been given an iBook (i'm now 24) and function purely recieved my eye-catching new MacBook Air. i attempted to return to laptop's yet I purely couldnt. Macs are plenty extra advantageous!! bypass on, get one!!!

I've read that it's possible, but unstable and buggy. There's a lack of drivers for the hardware, among other problems. I've had lots of problems with Vista on a Dell, so I'd recommend waiting six months or so before installing Vista on anything. But, some articles that might help:

mac's and windows running machines are totally different.

it is like they speak two different languages and they can't understand each other.

You cannot run windows vista on a mac
