Just go up to her and start talking to her. Make the first move and it will work out. I mean you'll never know til you ask for yourself. You don't want to get somebody else to do it cause then she will think your playing childish games and that you really don't like her its just a trick people are playing. So go up to her start talking to her and ask her if she wants to hang out and ask her for her number. If she likes you then she will say yes and she will want to know you and hang out with you a lot. Just be sure to not let this moment go by you don't wanna regret not doing anything.

well to be honest i am dating a guy 1 1/2 years younger than me and at first i didn't like him cus of his age but we became friends and since i am older he thought i was some sort of goddess lol which I'm not but he treated me that way and that's why i am still with him after 1 1/2 years
and that's where you need to come in show her that since you are younger you are more loyal and kind and you will treat her like a goddess. and the thing is is that you wont be as experienced cus you are younger but show her you are willing to learn and she will go head over hills for you and she will be putty in your hands lol
