Sound like he deff likes you but does not know what to do to get you to like him and get the okay to toauch and try and kiss and be with you...
Without you having him arrested for being a perve, laughing in his face with your mates for him thinking he stood a chance with you or afraid you will never want to speak to him and loose your firendship if he tries anything...
