If you really like her, then is 2 years really a big difference? Age shouldn't really matter if you are both of legal age and are both mature about things. Why not just go for it? You never know unless you give it a shot.

You didn't mention your age so maybe your just a young kid. 2 years is not too much of a difference. Now a days you see alot of men with older women. Take a chance and ask her out. Talk with her, maybe you have something in common with her. Life is about taking chances. Don't be afraid. The worst that can happen is she will say "no" if that happens then you keep looking for the right person. She's out there.

Is age a real problem? When it comes to matters of the heart age should not be a deciding factory.. Unless she was a minor.. other than that I think you should just ask have a heart to heart with her.. You will never know unless you try but after everything is said and done you both should come to some kind of understanding just in case it dose not work out.. I hope you the best..

Tell the truth, just like a real friend would.
If she says "friends only", be ready to take out her girlfriend or sister.
Remember when you date your best friend, and things don't work out... you could lose your lover and your best friend at the same time. Decide what you want more prior to the confession.

There is this guy that likes me and I'm two years older than him as well and everyone says he likes me. Just be brave because if your going to ask out a girl who's older than you, you probably need courage.

Just ask her out. Don't be scared of rejection. If she says no at least you can move on to other girls....but if she says yes think of what could happen. Don't worry about age. If you are matture around her it wont matter.

well have thought of finding out if she likes you and maybe getting a few friends toghter for a outing so she be their without scarying off get talking to her she what happens ids says abot age say age is only a number

one i have no idea y yo would want to date sumone 2 yrs older than you, but i would try taking the long way, long yet satisfying, thats what i did, just try socializing with her and then one day shell socialize with you a lot more than usual and then you know she likes you

Well look for signs that she likes you before asking her. and flirt alot and hint that you like her and see what her reaction is; if she flirts back go for it, if she seems weirded out i wouldn't risk it.
