all you have to do is be forward. guys love it when girls are forward. go up and talk to him, get to know him and be FORWARD. girls have that kind of power, and guys love it.

It seems like liking a boy doesn't mean he has to know about it! Like him from afar. You sound young and not confident of yourself. Your not ready yet for a boyfriend.. Get involved with a school activity. Is he in any school activites? That would be another approach to get closer to him and make friends first if you really like him and are shy! Good luck!

start off with opening your mouth and constructing coherent sentences......what else are you going to do?.....talk to him and get to know him better, then you would be able to sense if there is any chemistry between the 2 of you and see if it's something worth pursuing.
