I live in MI and my son is 20, worked part time at in a kitchen making about $2300 and worked for his dad as a braile transcriber for 1/2 a year and made approx $3500. Problem is his dad did not take taxes out and my son now will have a hefty tax federal tax bill to pay right in the middle of him being the most broke he has ever been. He just moved from home to a bigger city for work and is financially hit. PLease let me know if you know anything about Michigan taxes!?
