Well it depends on the IRS. You should receive a W-2, if not contact the company you worked for and ask them if they are gonna send you a form.

Yes you should. Because your earnings are small you will get every cent that was taken out by the state and the federal government. They may owe you $100.00 or so for a months work- it could also be a bit less or a bit more... but one thing is for sure you will get money back. If you look at the W2 that Carls Jr. sent you in the mail, you can see how much the government took away and this is what you will get back except for the social security part. You can get the EZ form at the post office which is very 'easy' for you to complete. If you need someone to help who has done this before, ask. Also the sooner you get both the state and federal form in the mail... the sooner you will get your money.
Also, you must teach yourself to get organized by starting a file system for yourself. ALWAYS save copies of the forms you mail when you pay your taxes, and any other important forms, letters, paperwork you will do during your life. Save every check stub (you can file them in the future or place an envelope in your glove box to put the sub in every paycheck- write the year and check stubs on the front of the evnvelope). Copy at Kinkos, and also create a file for all of your important papers. Learn to organize yourself NOW and your life will be much easier in the long run. You could even do a question on Answers asking : best methods on how to organize yourself and all of your important papers in your life, as you are a young age and people will want to help you get started doing this correctly. Say your age as it sometimes helps on how someone will respond. Spend your money wisely, lol, buy some file folders- just kidding for now.

If they deducted taxes from you, you should file to get a refund.
If you had more than one job and you don't include it, you'll be risking a felony for under reporting of income.
There are numerous free sites and other places that will help you prepare the return if you can't do it or borrow a friends computer that has used tax-cut or any of the other tax programs.
I wouldn't efile unless you can find a way to do it for nothing as they will take a large percentage of your refund.

Yes. If you barely earned any money, then you might get a refund on the taxes that were withheld from your paycheck. It probably won't be a lot of money, but you will probably get something--so don't pay H&R Block. Do it yourself or find a friend who can help. You can use the IRS "EZ" form, which only takes a couple of minutes to fill out.
