An apple matini is 1 oz of apple puckers 4oz vodka. Chill and serve in martini glass. Also you could use apple vodka and plain vodka but the pucker gives it a sweeter taste. To be fancy serve an apple wedge on the edge of the glass! A spritzer is basically any wine with club soda depending on your taste. My fav. is white zinfindel with lemon lime soda. A chardonary is also good with club soda. But it really is all in your preference.

you can also make an appletini with:
1.5 oz. vodka (or flavored vodka)
.75 oz. apple puckers
.75 oz. midori (or melon flavored liquor)
1 oz. sour mix or pineapple juice
Pour into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a dropped cherry at the bottom!

Take it from someone who worked in a bar for most of his life it apple sours and vodka thats all, not apple juice or anything else.
