Pecans, definitely.
Did you know that cashews are not really a nut? Within the fruit of the marañón is a single seed, the cashew nut. Although a nut in the culinary sense, in the botanical sense the fruit of the cashew is a seed

Roasted, salted Pecans, then Cashews then I guess English Walnuts. I don't like Black Walnuts for eating, baking, they're fine though.

For eating: Cashews, unless the pecans are on a turtle, yum
For baking: either walnuts or pecans, depending on what it is I'm baking.
