it could have been progressive and you didn't notice, but its never ok because you don't know how she is feeling. unfortunately this could be the beginning of other problems as well since she is 9 years old. take her to the vet and have an exam done to make sure she other wise healthy or if there are problems you can catch them and take care of it. good luck.

Sarah Palin, Rush, Glen, Fox information and Boehner ought to all make an apology. Vitriolic speech is anti democratic. those people decide on to take duty for his or her moves. for sure the far proper wing nuts and tea baggers see no connection between their hate speech and violence....they used this illogic to justify their hate speech throughout the time of the last 2 years. After this journey they could not conceal. words and speech have consequences.

l never heard of a animal losing it's hearing all at once. but it is possible. l think you should have the vet check her and see how shee is doing. it may be another reason for the lost of hearing all of a sudden.

go to the vet. Even though you know Dalmatians are prone to deafness, it's best to get her checked out. and your vet can give you tips on how to communicate with her. My friend learned to stomp on the floor in different patterns to communicate with his deaf dog, for example. Good luck!

You might take her to a vet. Sudden loss is usually a result of something happening.

Well, it could be because of age, but since it happened suddenly it could likely be something else. Fluid can collect and cause hearing impairment, or it could be some other type of infection. Please consult your vet, it could be very curable!
