I live in north dakota, and he lives in oregon..he has this big thing for me and i like him too, hes coming here to visit me soon...
he knows that i like him
but the thing is
im almost 16
and hes either 18 or 19
should i take a chance and go out w/ him even though it'd be long distance..or what?

Don't do anything until you find out his true age. The State of North Dakota takes statutory rape very seriously. You are 15.

I think it could be fun. At your age you probably shouldn't be looking for someone to be a life-partner anyway. So take a chance, have fun and see where it goes. Just don't expect that a long distance relationship of that nature will really work for any length of time. Although stranger things have happened. :)

Well first and fore most when you like someone age doesn't make a difference.so don't make a fool of yourself.Another thing i'm asking that you focus on you school work and dont make this a big thing.Do to get an experience of what it feels like to date.Again age dont make a difference.

How did you meet? if it's an internet thing Im betting he's older than that and is just another predator perv. Even if its not he is to old (legaly) to date you. And, if you do meet him, make sure it is in a public place with lots of people, and bring a friend.

you could go out with him, but if he's a normal young man...he's thinking of sex...and that would be rape, whether you press charges or not...so decide wisely!
