Miso Soup

A staple of Japanese cuisine, miso soup is served with nearly every meal in Japan, including breakfast.

Serves 4

3 cups water
2 T miso 2 green onions, finely minced (optional)
1/2 cake tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (optional)
2-3 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 tsp. sesame oil

If you mean miso soup (Japanese). here is my recipe.

Miso paste.
(there are several varieties, dark, yellow, white. as a chef i mix all three and keep it in a container. You may go for yellow one)

Water
Kikkoman soya
Diced tofu
Nameko mushrooms or shitale mushrooms chopped
Spring onions - chopped
Hondashi (fisg flavour)- Pinch

Procedure
boil water + miso paste (about 500 ML water and 50gm paste)
Add a dash of sou sauce
Add pinch of hondashi

serve.
Add all the garnish in a cup (Tofu, mushroom, spring onions)
Add soup on top.
