I have known this girl for almost 2 years. we get along pretty well.... most of the time. She lives pretty far from me. Then recently I met this girl at my bible study. She doesnt live far but I don't know her that well. I would date either girl but can't make up my mind on which to go after. I can't go after both because that's illegal (except in Utah). I have a feeling that if I go with one, I may be missing out on a great relationship with the other. Help please. But no insults on how stupid this sounds.

the reason i said this may be stupid is because there are some people who have answered similar questions from other people with "get a life" or "this is stupid"

Well,I'll ask you some questions & by answering them -I think - you'll be able to make up your mind.
*If you have to pay a bill &you don't have enough money...who will you call first?&who do you think will lend you ?
*If you got two invitations for a cenima which one would you invite ?
*If you need som one to talk to ,after a long day..you will call...?
*You are always talking about her infront of your friends &family...?
Good luck

It does not sound stupid. U have 2 follow ur heart. It is hard when u like 2 people but could only have one. U have 2 choose and make sure u choose wisely. No one can really help u on this u r the only judge in this case so GOOD LUCK.

Go for the one closer to home. You've known the other girl for 2 years, and you haven't said anything about anything that's happened, so I'm assuming there's nothing between you two. Just friends. If she liked you as more than a friend for the last couple years, she would have done something about it. Try the other girl first. You have nothing to lose, and possibly a whole lot to gain. Good luck

Of course you can go after both, you just can't marry them both. You have to get to know both of them pretty well before you can make an informed decision, and that's what dating is for. It wasn't meant to be serial monogamy, it's meant to be more like a buffet, with many choices to choose from and then you can go back and take an extra helping of the ones you really liked. You can date the two girls that you really like.

I would get to know the girl from you bible study and stay good friends with the other one. Just test the water out right now. When you find the fish you want, catch her. You dont have to choose between 2 girls. Let them come to you. You never know. The girl from bible study might not be what your looking for when you get to know her after all. Good Luck though.

it's not illegal to date more than one person at a time. Just be upfront that you are not exclusively dating either one. Spending some one-on-one time through dating may make it easier to decide which girl you would rather have a deeper relationship with. Good luck.

It's illegal to marry two people not date them. If your single and not committed to a person your allowed to date whom ever you choose. If you start caring about someone you won't want to see anyone else and if you don't date more the one person how are you going to know who or what makes you happiest.

Good luck - sometimes it's just as much fun finding out

Dating both of the people isn't illegal, lol. Get to know the one who lives closer to you a bit better, and decide for yourself after you have a good idea of what both of them are like.

It is fine to date both. You are not in a relationship with either one. Take them both out at different times and see which one you are more compatible with.
