What's a woman to do....???

Question

I have a friend who is involved w/a man who believes farting should only be done "in private" They're both middle aged and sometimes a person has no control.....He's a great guy, but she's worried because this is really an issue for him. I told my friend that I didn't understand why this was such a big deal to him; the guy has been in the military and has worked manual labor most of his life, so what's the big deal??? What should she say to him? Should this be such a make or break issue?

Tell her to say excuse me and apologize everytime she farts, but if she feels it coming on, which most of the time you do, high tail it to the bathroom.
