I talk to her pretty much everyday online and sometimes on the phone. We understand each other pretty well. We are both sophmores in high school. Online and on the phone she is fine, but when we are at school or in public places; She barely talks to me even though I go by her locker. She doesn't really do anything, and I feel really stupid. I want to ask her out, but I'm not sure if she just wants this to be a friendship or relationship.

if she talks to you online alot then just try starting conversation with her in school, and FORGET what her friends say about it and make sure you dont let her friends know you like her cause she might wanna go out with you but she doesnt want the public to know incase people talk about you behind your backs.

maybe she's shy and is nervous because she feels the same way. just keep talking to her and flirting. if she responds then she's probably into you and you should ask her out.
