Global warming is a general trend, it doesn't mean that each year is warmer than the subsequent one.

There will always be exceptionally warm and cold years and these are the results of numerous factors - sunspots, position of the earth in space, El Nino, major volcanic eruptions. If several such event coincide they create one off hot or cold years.

The trend over the last few hundred years has been for the world to warm up and this looks likely to continue into the future.

Yes it is. Winters will come later and later, and end earlier. There are always exceptions due to solar variation. At some point the built up heat will cause volcanic explosions that will block the sun and drop temperatures. Hopefully there will be smaller explosions and no super volcanoes will go. The last one of those wiped out ~98% of human life on earth.

Actually the serious scientists don't say that.

That statement confuses weather (short term stuff) with climate (long term stuff). If a scientist said that at a meeting of the IPCC, first he'd be laughed at. Then they'd take him off the project.

Im worried by this fact too. People need to stop making our Earth fall sick just for the sake of earning money. When global warming worsens, they'll realise that no amt of money can be enough to save their lives.

Millions of tons of crap DAILY into the atmosphere is nothing to sneeze at. Pun intended.

We are screwing ourselves over for a buck.
Shooting ourselves in the herd.
Stepping on our own ducks.
Cutting off our nose to spite our finch.
Kicking ourselves in the aardvark.

We're ruining it for everybody and everything, and people who can't accept it are three fries short of a Happy Meal.
