FLorida. He did time and served like 3 years probation. No further offenses. Is there any way to get this cleared off his record. It is holding him back from various jobs. Thanks, Dawn

Check with the Florida governor's office website to see about this procedure. Usually all you have to do is write a letter detailing the situation and maybe fill out a form. You can also appeal to the President of the United States for a pardon.

He needs to contact the court where he was convicted and request expungement papers. They will send them and he fills them all out (there are several pages) and send with necessary proofs. They will let you know.

it would depend if the adjudication was deferred. even then, you'll need an attorney to file a motion.
