My boss (married but not happy) has the obvious hots for me but is such a gentleman that he never gets out of line or even mentions anything but proper topics for the office. I am equally hot for him. I know I could have him if I told him how I feel, he would leave the wife just like that. The thing is that I worked hard to get this job and I cant keep it and have him too. We have been working very closely together for almost 4 years amid sexual tension you could cut with a knife. I can handle that, but I need to resolve the issue of whether I want to have my dream guy or keep my position, which is hard to get and very well paying. I wont just go out and find another one like it. I am venting for my own benefit here as much as asking for answers from people who dont know me. I think you understand.

HAVE FUN WITH IT FOR NOW! maybe if your boss equally has the hotts for you it could be fun to play. but it think if you want the fairytale with this one u cuold be waiting a while.... unless.... u move! start making advancements.. even tho he is ur boss i dont see why u cant date him or possibly marry him. i mean i dont know ur job or circumstances, but i do go have fun with it if i were u

If your boss knows that you have the hots for her, and everything you say is true, then he would have left his wife a long time ago.

Are you sure you want to be with a guy that doesn't have the guts to leave an unhappy marriage? He seems like a pu*ssy. I say, stick with your job, and find someone outside of work. You are right about losing your job if you go for him. One of you will quit your job, or one of you will end up filing sexual harassment. It's just a bad situation.

You should keep your job and try as hard as you can to forget your interest in your boss. He is a married man. He can't be your dream guy.....he belongs to another woman. I mean if you ended up married to him and some other girl thought he was her dream guy, do you think it is right for her to let things go to the next level?

If things are meant to be, then they will further down the road....if/when he gets divorced. Don't put yourself in that situation to be the mistress or the woman that broke up a marriage.....that will be hard to get over especially if there are kids involved. Nothing good can come from that, but if later down the road, his situation changes, then you can reevaluate it if you are still single.

Good luck!

One question that you need to ask yourself . .
Are you ABSOLUTELY sure that he would leave his wife for you and begin a new life, marriage, children ?
Because if he didn't end up leaving his wife, then you gave up your job and don't have him.

Are you nutz? keep your panties on and keep your job. If it is weenie you need then go somewhere else for it but NOT WHERE YOU EAT, get it? Work and relationships seldom if ever are good things, don't sell yourself short to a quickie.
