No one knows for sure. There are various computer models of how things will look in the future, all agree that there will be desertification but there is some debate over which areas will be affected. The Mediterranean countries are likely contenders but even in the worst case scenario (based on todays estimates of a 4 degree C rise) then the countries you mentioned won't turn into deserts.

If by 'deserts' you mean areas covered with sand then for each area covered another area will be uncovered, we could see parts of the Sahara, Atacama, Kalahari etc becoming fertile lands. If by 'desert' you mean area of nothingness (which is what a desert is) then there will be more desert than there is now in warmer countries and less in colder contries. Parts of Siberia that have been permafrost for milennia are now melting and in a few years time will be able to be used agriculturally.

The predictions for my own country (the UK) is that it will become warmer in the south and wetter in the north but that not much will change until there is a significant rise in sea levels at which point large tracts of land, primarily in the south and east will become submerged. Cities such as London, which are low lying, will be seriously affected and many millions of people will be displaced.

Spain will get colder as the Gulf Stream heat gets diverted by fresh water. The other countries will get drier.
