Yes. Your body will change because your expectations for it have changed. You are challenging it and it will respond. You may not lose as much weight as you like. But you will tone up and see some results. best of luck with that.

There was a report on fox news a day or two ago that says that you can lose wight by exercising but not changing your eating habits, or the other way around, changing your eating habits but not exercising. Obviously you will get the best results if you do both, but realize not everyone has the time for both. The only way you will lose wirhg tis if you burn more calories than you take in, which if you are lifting and doing cardio you should be able to accomplish. Just dont eat fast food everyday or something like that. Good luck!

as you gain muscle your metabolism will increase, so you'll burn more calories, thus loose fat. You might actually gain weight, but that is because muscle is heavier than fat. You will see results though and most likely loose weight in the long run.
I highly suggest to keep on eating how you regularly do. If you go on a diet you will most likely not stick to it for long and the weight will come back, plus some in a lot of cases. You have to change your lifestyle to loose weight permanently. Exercising is a really great way to start this change. You will feel more healthy and probably end up eating less the more you exercise.

Unfortunately there are many different variables that would determine what type of results you will get, and also it depends what you are eating. If you don't eat healthy you are not giving your body enough protein and nutrients it needs to repair after cardio and lifting. You will burn yourself out will not have enough endurance if you are not giving your body what it needs. You will simply maintain your weight and not burn anything off. I also think 6x is not giving your body enough time to rest making it harder to see the results you want. If you are trying to lose wieght you have to reduce your calorie intake and workout until you reach your goal.

you will see results, but not as good or as fast as you want them to be, I guess. I would like to know if you want to be in good shape or in great shape. It seems to me that if you are going to go to all of this trouble at the gym going 6x/week you would want great results. But if you insist on being good, then don't change your eating habits. If you want to be great, then do this:

1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

the workout is going to help strengthen and tighten your muscles. This will make you firmer. It's difficult to say if you will lose weight because I don't know what you are eating daily. If you're trying to get your strength and health up its best to follow a sensible diet. Avoid junk food and high fats. Consume good quality protein, whole grains, vegetables, beans, and fruits. If you do this you are going to see a tremendous change in your body.

In order to lose weight you must burn more energy than you consume. So if you don't want to change your eating habits I would find out how many calories you eat in a day and then find out how much exercise you need to do to burn more calories than you eat.

depends on what your eating habits are...im sure you may see alittle difference but not as much as you would if you altered your eating habits (if they are bad)
