Well I certainly don't think so or there would definetly be more men with cancer! Some men ejaculate several times a day whether it's during sex or just masterbation. The semen serves no real purpose just sitting there so why not get rid of it??!! Have you ever heard a man say he's got blue balls? Well that means he hasn't ejaculated for a while and needs to.......so to answer your question, no, you won't get cancer from losing semen at any amount =)

no. it doesn't make you sterile either. your body continuously produces the stuff and you may rest assured that you will always have more than you could possibly use. well, unless there's something else going on. but excessive ejaculation, while it may signify a lack of self control, will not cause any physical problems.
