Way to keep your self motivated to keep exercising. I do Tae Bo everday and I love it. But there are the days or weeks when I feel down and don't feel like doing anything. What is the best way to stay focused on my goal? I know that it takes a little time of for the weight to come off but I feel like its never going to.

It will....you might want to try to mix things up...a little running or speed walking, some weight training...you body will adapt quickly to one type of exercise if you do it everyday, so confuse it a bit. You will be great....get a scale and weigh yourself once a week and once a week only...on the same day and roughly the same time....Chart this progress...that is motivation.

Keep picturing in your mind how you are going to look and feel when the excess weight is off of your body. Visualizing the results will help you stay motivated. There are many weight products advertised, but nothing replaces exercise and sensible eating. Avoid junk food and fried foods. Consume high quality protein, whole grains, beans, vegetables, and fruit. You we'll lose weight. I lost 100lb. over five years ago and have managed to keep it off. It might help it if you get some cook books and try experiment with new recipes.
