sexy is more a way of acting, rather than the way she looks. An average looking woman can be sexy beyond belief, and a very beautiful woman can be a dud, its the way she carries herself, the way she smiles, and makes eye contact. Its the sway of her hips when she walks, its the way she touches anything, its the way she acts, not just the way she looks

Yes, I think of women (and men) as being sexy.
It really depends on your own personal definition and/or preference as to what makes an individual sexy....and it's not always physicality....it can have a lot to do with personality too.
