Heres what she says and what she does.
Says she misses me, loves me, wants to work it out, but everytime I talk to clarify things she gets immediately upset. Lives in Fl, I live in MN. Says that if one of us finds someone else it happens. Doesn't call or care to talk. Did when she first moved there. Now I feel that she's seeing someone else or is just really busy with work. She works 12's till 6 in the morning, but on her days off doesn't care to call. If i don't call we don't talk. Any ladies have any idea what she's trying to pull?

It sounds like shes just playing games with you. Dont call her again, your wasting your time.

There's no harm in seeing her even tho you don't want to be with her. Maybe she has changed or working on changing. If she's in her 20's and listening to her parents reasoning instead of making up her own mind then she does sound confused and a little immature. I'm sure you have told her all of this but sometimes it helps to be blunt about things sometimes even tho it hurts. Maybe she needs a dose of reality to realize what she needs to do.

She proabaly relized that a long distance relationship is harder than she thought and doesn't really know exactly how to tell you. I'd chill on the calls for a little bit to see want happens and if she doesn't call go out with some friends and have a good time maybe you'll meet someone that is closer and not afraid to tell you how she really feels.

She probably does still love you. She is trying to stay a little distant so that she wont feel too guilty if she finds someone else. Sounds like she is looking. She is your ex right? Sorry man but you should move on. You are letting this bother you too much. She isnt worth it. you can find someone better and closer.

LET HER GO SHE DONT CARE. MOVE ON FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL CARE FOR YOU. Look you know the answer to this you just dont want to see it. Open your eyes and just let her go. I know its harder to do then say but I was there with my Ex and well i had to let him go. He didn't mean what he said and all the games well I'm not into games and being played. So go out find a new gal and have fun. good luck

She is too busy with her lifestyle now that she doesn't have time to have a boyfriend. Has better things to do on her day off then to talk to someone that's far away. She knows that the relationship is impossible and accepts it.
In other words: She has no time for a long distance relationship

She's moved on. Even if she is not currently dating anyone else she is looking for someone local. Stop calling and get out and find someone else.

It sounds like she's already met someone, but wants you to do the break-up so she won't feel guilty about it. Just don't call her anymore. You don't get much closure that way, but you get to skip the drama and that's what she's trying to avoid.

Stop calling her, if she doesn't call for a week, then it is over and just leave it alone and move on.

maybe she's trying to play hard to get hoping you'll wanna see her again, but there is a possibility that she gave up.
