Find out where the local NA (Narcotics Anonymous) groups are meeting and go to an open meeting. If no meetings are available in your area try any 12 step program like AA to investigate joining.
Both AA and NA work on basically the same 12 Steps. They both can work if you have a desire to stop drugging.

I have never been to a meeting, but I have had a few friends who went to them and they said that 'everyone is unsure' when they first start going to meetings, but if you keep going eventually you will feel more comfortable and be able to 'speak' just like the others do ... and you'll make some 'good friends' who because they're in the 'same boat' will help you get off drugs and stay off drugs. You may go to 'NA' meetings for the rest of your life, or you may decide after you've been 'off drugs' for awhile that you don't need to go 'all the time' any more ... but NA is like AA and if you 'need one' there will always be a meeting somewhere nearby to go to if you start to feel 'shaky' about staying off drugs on your own. GOOD LUCK, and GOOD FOR YOU for deciding that you want to get off drugs in a 'reasonable way' ... NA WORKS just as AA works for alcoholics.

Before I say anything presumptuous, tell me, why do ask about an anonymous organization on an open forum?
