Inhale threw your nose and exhale out your mouth. I usually try to exhale to the rhythm of my feet hitting the ground, like inhale, exhale as one foot hits the ground, and exhale as other foot hits the ground, and repeat. You pick up a beat almost, and you stop thinking about how tired you are.

to respire at the same time as making a music, you opt on to apply your abdomen muscle tissues. You breathe proper away that way once you lie down, so in case you do not realize what I mean via that, lie down and pay interest to the way you breathe. This works much better effective than respiratory by skill of your throat like generic, because this kind you may sing with better potential on your voice. So, i have self assurance you had to understand what you do at the same time as making a music, and also you ought to do this on each occasion there is punctuation contained in the music, like a era or comma, or at the same time as there is an exact breath mark contained in the sheet music (appears like an apostrophe, style of). also, do not breathe at the same time as there's a legato signal connecting the notes; it really is meant to be finished all in a unmarried breath. Water is basically major for each body, not purely singers, yet when your throat continuously looks dry, before you sing, per chance you ought to drink some water. i imagine I heard someplace that the water should be at room temperature once you drink it, so i wager having the water at room temperature would not harm both.

my friend, while running try to breath from nose and not from mouth as after some time you will notice that when you laugh or talk you will start coughing. but it is very difficult to run while breathing from nose. for doing this properly you need to increase you stamina. run everyday starting with short distance and then increasing it. you can trust me because i am a badminton player and has to run at least 10km a day. good luck

It is very hard to get used to breathing when you first start running mainly cause you feel like you're dying but the more you do it you kinda get the rhythm you can feel it you can tell when you are having an off day cause your breathing is off but it becomes much easier over time.

Most people don't know that there are lots of strange things that happen when you run and you have to adjust to accomodate them. Breathing is one of them. I never tried to get too scientific about it, but you want the most unobstructed airflow you can get, and that for me was through the mouth. So that's what I recommend.

One of your answers talks about your mouth getting dry, which can happen. But the rule of thumb for anyone running distance is to stop for water every 20 minutes.

Its better to keep breathing through the nose..if you are able to take deep breaths while running, it indicates good fitness+stamina levels..if the breathing becomes too shallow or if you find yourself breathing through your mouth, then you may not want to exert yourself too much beyond that level, as it indicates that you are reaching your current limits of endurance....However, with consistently pushing yourself in that zone, you will gradually improve your stamina levels

during running you need plenty of oxygen hence we should not restrict the process of breathing... breath through your nose as long as you feel comfortable... subsequently your lungs would need more and more oxygen then you have to open your mouth also and breath freely as the body wishes to do...

breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. if you breath like this then your mouth doesn't dry out as bad and it is better for your throat. by the time the air gets to your throat it is already warmed by your body.
