Set up a hidden video camera while your parents are not around and tape what your sister does to you. If not a camera, use a tape recorder (ask your parents permission first and make sure your sister doesn't see you do it). Or talk to your parents about it and have them sit outside the room while you and your sister play so they can hear it first hand. And when she does these things to you, she is just looking for attention. Start ingnoring her and she'll get frustrated and not bother you as much. And don't call her dumb or any other names anymore because she wants an excuse to tell on you. Just ignore her and/or do one of the recording ideas. It should work.

Have you done anything in the past to make your parents lose trust in you? If your sister tries to hit you, push her away, but dont hit her back. When youre sister is not around, talk to your parents. Tell them how you feel. Tell them just because she is younger does not mean she is completely innocent. Hide a videocamera inbetween the cushions of the couch. You certainly dont deserve this. Family should love each other, not put them through misery.

The best way to try to get her to stop behaving that way is to kill her with kindness. Let her know you don't like fighting with her and want to try to get along better. Try to befriend her even though it will really be tough in the beginning. Ask her to play video games, board games, cards or something you both like. The more you two connect and have fun, the better your relationship will be and the name-calling and hitting will be less. Remember to treat people the way you want to be treated. Don't call her names. You're older, it's up to you to be more mature and try to get along with her. If she starts swearing, calling you names or hitting, then tell her you won't be around her when she acts like that and walk away into another room. Don't let her control you by pulling you into a fight. This won't be easy. Your first instinct is to protect yourself and fight back. Try being nicer and have fun with her. Good Luck!

hahaha, wow brings back memories of me with my older sister lol. Try to catch her on camera. But really what you should do is ignore her. She is trying to get a rise out of you because she wants attention, so dont give it to her. If she is hitting you then go to a different room, if she is swearing at you then ignore it. I hope this helps :D

why don't you sock her? Just kidding. You need to let her know that you are in charge when your parents aren't home.
