I think no. I think that human beings will eventually find a way to make interstellar travel possible and will seek out planets throughout the galaxy which can support life.
As for the other issues in your message, I happen to believe that the Gaea hypothesis (that being the notion that the Earth is a living entity which can be killed) is absolute crap. Dinosaurs were the predominant life form on the planet millions of years ago and were wiped out by what we believe to be an asteroid impact. The Earth, and life on it, survived. Furthermore, the Earth has survived multiple re-polarizations which have significantly weakened the magnetic fields surrounding the planet jeopardizing the atmosphere far more than any human actions could.
Now, we should all be aware that eventually (in the next 5 billion years or so), that the Sun will run out of nuclear fuel and will explode, destroying the Earth as well as most of the planets in the solar system which means that humans will eventually cease to exist within this solar system. But, given that time frame, I don't think that's something we should worry about now.

Dinosaurs and humans didn't co-exist. The extinction of dinosaurs paved the way for mammals to take over the planet

Good question...
Obviously when our Sun becomes a red giant, billions of years in the future, all life on earth will perish....
Will humans still be on earth at that time ?...Possibly..
Will humans have colonized other worlds by then ?...Possibly...
Humans have a lot better chance of surviving than did Dinosaurs
and the Dinosaurs were around for hundreds of millions of years.

The vast majority of species that have ever existed on the planet are now extinct. Humans will most certainly one day join them, the sad thing is that it will no doubt come because of our own foolishness. The dinosaurs lasted 140 million years, we have only been here about 3 million and probably won't last another 100 years.

Our extinction will ultimately be the result of World War 3. And I'm thinkin we can thank Iran for that because they're just little kids with big toys. If there are survivors, World War 4 will be fought with sticks and stones. So, I'm guessing the suicide rate will ultimately be at it's peak. Who wants to live on a desolete planet. Not me.

No. Since humans are rational beings, meaning that we can think and make judgements for ourselves, we will overcome the obstacles the confront us. Then again, the dinosaurs didn't go completely extinct, look at birds and alligators.

Yes, we will eventually become extinct...I think we will destroy the planet and not have anymore food, clean water, or clean air...therefore we will destroy ourselves.
