i asked myself that question million times, and as time went i come to the answer. First of all, don't think that you will find true love because in your age people are not ready for commitment ( i don't think you should commit before 18).
secondly, it is easy to find a boyfriend, just go to disco where everybody are drunk and you can find one.(but ask yourself do you really want that kind of person to be your boyfriend! i think not).
if you want good relationship you will go at coffee shops at afternoon; the most interesting,smart, & good-looking boys are there.( they are more educated than the ones from disco, I assure you) don't look for boys who think that they are popular because they are the worst,they will just use you and then the will left you.
and just be yourself and go slow.
most guys don't grow up till their 20 so watch out, don't rush things if you don't trust him.
and ONE more important thing- don't listen what your friend talk about him; if you really like a boy, go for it! if your friends are talking badly about a person you like, you should think twice if they are real friend.

Most teen guys like sex and they don't really care about you they just want you for the sex. I would just think about school and not worry about a BF right now.
