I am 46, not bald, but my hair is mostly grey, mixed with some remaining brown. I am wondering if I should dye my hair, perhaps blondish which would be closer to grey. Or should I just accept my "distinguished" looks.

NO ! most of the women i know love a man with grey in his hair. And for some reason when a man dyes his hair it looks so tacky.

Some older guys look really good with grey hair... You could always get a dye that's not permanent and give it a try.. Older guys do dye their hair now these days...

Entirely up to you.
If going grey bothers you, then get a hairdresser to colour for you, in a natural shade close to your own natural brown. Going blonder will make dye look more noticeable as it may not match your skin tones.
My boyfriend is getting a sprinkle of grey at his temples (mid 30s) and I like it - same for my friend's husband and he looks really foxy!
Go with whatever makes you feel happiest. Stuff anyone else!

I'm sure you look good with your hair the way it is. There is nothing wrong with a man dying his hair. It looks good and makes you look younger. If you are going to dye it, keep up on it. It looks bad if you have real bad roots showing through. Dye it often.

i don't understand the position you heard that from, regardless of the indisputable fact that that is garbage. adult adult males are not all a similar, it truly is stereotyping and is not straightforward to adult adult males. My major different dyes his hair diverse colorings a similar as me, we've both been all colorings less than the daylight and we like it. some adult adult males like diverse color hair, others it isn't their element. the element is, I had bright purple hair for years in college before the 'purple trend' hit, i wager at the same time as Rihanna began wearing purple wigs and weaves, and that i stood out in college for being the girl with bright hair. quite a number of people tried to replica me and get a similar purple yet couldn't get it as bright as me, and a similar with my boyfriend, then once Rihanna did it each female less than the daylight it looked had to replica her form as per commonly used and tried their toughest to get a similar hair color. it truly is at the same time as good adult adult males usually dislike a woman, at the same time as they strive against their asses off to replica someone elses form, i for my area hate it at the same time as someone can not have their very personal form, so i will understand why maximum adult adult males dislike it too. the fad with purple hair occurred very nearly 2 years in the past, so it really is dull now.
